1 Introduction

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, p999 gam will process a withdrawal of any verifiable and non-forfeited PKR balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and promotional credits are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

12.3 Voluntary Closure
